These Terms govern your use of Save Links ("the App"), published by LogicGateGames LLC. By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
2. Your Content
Anything you save remains yours. It is stored on your device and we neither receive nor claim any rights in it. You are responsible for what you choose to save and for ensuring you have the right to keep a copy of it.
3. Your Data Is On Your Device Only
The App has no account and no cloud backup. If you uninstall the App, reset your device, lose it, or clear the App's data, everything you saved is gone permanently and cannot be recovered by us or by you. The App provides ways to write your own copy to a file. You are solely responsible for making and keeping backups.
4. Automatic Sorting Is A Best Guess
The App sorts saved items into categories automatically. This is an estimate based on the web address and the app you shared from, and it will sometimes be wrong. You can move any item, and the App will remember that correction. Do not rely on the automatic category for anything important.
5. Expiry
If you set an expiry date on an item, that item is hidden from your list once the date passes and can then be deleted in bulk. Deleting an expired item is permanent. Setting an expiry date is your decision and its consequences are your responsibility.
6. Third-Party Content
The App saves and opens links to websites and apps we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or content of anything you save or open. Fetching a preview causes a request to that website; its own terms and privacy policy apply to that request.
7. Purchases
The App is free to install and supported by advertising. Save Links Premium is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription: it removes ads and unlocks backup, automatic backup and export. Prices, and which features are paid, are shown in the App and may change. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms; refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
8. Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time and without notice.
9. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicGateGames LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of it. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
