Not a Government App: PixPort is an independent utility developed by LogicGateGames LLC. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to Passport Seva, the Passport Seva Portal, the Ministry of External Affairs, the Government of India, or any government agency of any country. "Passport Seva" is referenced only to describe the published file specifications this tool helps you meet.

1. What PixPort Does

PixPort is an on-device image utility that crops, resizes, and compresses photos and signatures to match publicly published file specifications (such as 630 × 810 px / under 250 KB for photos, and under 100 KB for signatures) used by the Indian passport application portal, as well as a 2 × 2 inch format and several visa photo formats. It also runs advisory quality checks (face position, background, lighting, etc.), can take a photo with an optional guided in-app camera, and can lay out photos on a 4 × 6 print sheet.

2. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Passing PixPort's checks does not guarantee that your photo or signature will be accepted by any government portal or authority. Official requirements may change without notice. Always verify the current requirements on the official portal before uploading. Acceptance decisions are made solely by the portal and the issuing authorities.

3. Quality Checks Are Advisory

PixPort's checks, including face position, background colour, sharpness and, for formats that require it, whether glasses are worn, are automated estimates made on your device. They can miss a problem or flag a photo that is acceptable. They are not connected to any government system, and a photo that passes them may still be rejected.

PixPort is free to use and shows ads. A single one-time purchase removes them and unlocks the paid features - the additional visa presets (UK, Schengen, Canada and Australia) and 4 × 6 print sheets; it is not a subscription and nothing renews. The compliance check, the Indian passport and 2 × 2 inch formats, the camera and the signature tool remain free. The purchase is tied to the Google account that made it and can be restored on another device signed in to that account.

Billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its own terms. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

6. No Warranty

PixPort is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LogicGateGames LLC is not liable for any application rejection, delay, fee, or loss arising from use of this app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The PixPort app, name, and design are the property of LogicGateGames LLC. Your photos remain entirely yours — we never access them.

8. Changes to These Terms

Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
