These Terms govern your use of Permitto (the "App"), published by LogicGateGames LLC. By using the App you accept them.
1. A Study Aid
Permitto helps you practice for a learner's-permit written test. Its questions are written by us from each state's driver handbook; they are not the questions of any official test. Passing a practice exam in the App does not mean you will pass your state's test, and we make no such promise.
Traffic laws change. Your state's handbook and the rules published by your state's licensing agency are always the authority. If the App and the handbook disagree, follow the handbook, and please tell us so we can correct the App.
2. Not A Government App
Permitto is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any state DMV or government agency, and nothing in it is an official document.
3. Sources

4. Pro
Permitto is free to use with ads, with part of each state's questions and a sample exam. Permitto Pro is a one-time purchase made through Google Play that unlocks every question, full-length exams and every state, and removes ads. It is not a subscription. Payment, refunds and restoring a purchase are handled by Google Play under its terms; a purchase is tied to the Google account that made it.
5. Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any product they offer.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the App for your own study. You may not copy, extract, republish or sell its questions, explanations or other content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App to do so.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep its content accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including a failed test.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its "Last updated" date.
