These terms cover your use of Neon Crosser, an untangle puzzle where you drag nodes until no lines cross, published by LogicGateGames LLC. By playing you accept them.
1. Licence
You may install and play Neon Crosser on devices you control, for your own use. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies, or pull it apart to republish its levels or artwork.
2. Purchases
The Remove Ads unlock is a single payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews. It is tied to the Google account that bought it and can be restored on another device signed in to that account.
Billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its own terms. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
3. Rewarded Ads
Where the game offers a reward for watching an ad, the reward is granted when the ad finishes. Ads are supplied by Google and are not always available - a reward you cannot claim right now is usually an empty ad inventory, not a fault in the game, and there is always another way to progress.
4. Your Progress Lives on Your Device
Progress is saved locally. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or moving to a new phone will lose it, and we have no copy to restore. Purchases are the exception: those are held by Google Play and can be restored.
5. Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw the game or any of its features at any time, including for reasons outside our control such as a platform or advertising-service change.
6. No Warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LogicGateGames LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued play after a change means you accept it.
