Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Folio operated by LogicGateGames LLC. By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Folio you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- Premium (monthly) - A subscription giving access to all premium tools and removing ads, billed monthly. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
- Premium (yearly) - The same access billed once a year, renewing automatically on the same terms as the monthly plan.
- Premium (lifetime) - A one-time purchase giving the same access permanently. It does not renew and is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Remove Ads - A one-time purchase that permanently removes advertisements. It does not unlock premium tools.
- Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in Google Play, not in the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the Google Play refund policy.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. A change never affects a lifetime purchase already made.
4. Free Tier and Advertisements
The free version of Folio is supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. Free tier features may be subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the PDF files you process using Folio. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any documents you process.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Folio to process content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, is unlawful or harmful, or contains malware or malicious code.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicGateGames LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
Folio integrates Google AdMob, the Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, Google Play Core (in-app review and updates), Firebase, and Google ML Kit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
