These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BudgetCrew (the "App"), published by LogicGateGames LLC ("LogicGateGames LLC," "we," "us"), a Michigan, USA limited liability company. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
BudgetCrew is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool. It helps you record transactions, set category budgets, track savings goals and debts, scan receipts, and optionally sync that information directly between your own devices, or with another person’s device when you share a budget space with them.
BudgetCrew is a record-keeping tool, not financial advice. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on information in the App are your own responsibility.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of a household or family member who is a minor, you are responsible for that use.
Subject to these Terms, LogicGateGames LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction.
You own the transaction records, notes, receipt images, and other content you enter into the App ("Your Content"). You're solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for keeping your own backups. If you use the device-to-device sync feature, you're responsible for what you choose to share and with whom.
The App offers optional premium features through a single in-app purchase, billed and processed through Google Play. It is one payment, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing expires. Current pricing is shown in the App and on its Google Play Store listing at the time of purchase, and may change from time to time.
You agree not to use the App to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or another person's device or data; interfere with the App's normal operation; or use the App for any purpose other than personal budget tracking.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LogicGateGames LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the App to you.
The App relies on third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and Google Play Billing, to operate certain features. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on which services are used and why.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation, report, or reminder generated by the App will be accurate or complete for your specific circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LogicGateGames LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the App, or these Terms, at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as we add new features. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where applicable local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
